GradeTheBid is run by Dalton Rios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers gradethebid.com and the GradeTheBid early access list.

What We Collect

- To learn which states and industries want GradeTheBid, so we build for them.
- To keep the website safe and working.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We share it only with the companies above, when the law requires it (for example a valid court order), or with a company that buys or merges with GradeTheBid, which then has to follow this policy.
Text Messages
If you agree to texts, they come from Dalton Rios LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. Your text opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties, except the texting provider that sends our messages for us.
Agreeing to texts is never required to join or to buy.

Your Choices
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
- See, fix, or delete your information: email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
- State privacy laws: depending on where you live (for example California or Texas), you may have more rights, including the right to appeal our answer. Email us and we honor those requests.
- No penalty: using any of these choices costs nothing.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This website does not change what it does when it gets one. We do not track you across other websites.
Where Your Information Is Kept
GradeTheBid is built for businesses in the United States. If you use this website from outside the United States, your information comes to the United States.
Children
This website is for businesses and people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we did, we delete it.
When The App Opens
The GradeTheBid app, where you upload a solicitation and your proposal, is not open yet. This website takes no uploads. Before the app opens, we post its full privacy policy here, including how your proposal files are handled and how long they are kept, and we email the early access list.
Changes To This Policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. For a big change, we also email the early access list.
